- Please note that we shall attempt to do everything we can to get your order shipped out on time, but be cognizant of potential shipping delays due to production, the pandemic or other unforeseeable circumstances. 
- Because Black Canine products are pet products, it will not be possible for us to exchange any articles. We are however open to your feedback in our goal to be the best in the market. We recommend a review of the sizing under each product to ensure that you have an appropriate and suitable size. 
- While our top leathers are water-resistant, we advise limited to exposure to harsh environments and water.
- Except as expressly set out in writing, “Black Canine” accepts no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, consequential losses suffered or incurred by the purchasing entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
- The purchasing/contracting party will not be eligible for a refund (partial or otherwise) in the case of an erroneous purchase. For the purposes of these terms an “erroneous purchase” is defined as:
An order or purchase placed with incorrect product selection
• An order or purchase placed with incorrect product size selection where applicable
